It’s hard for me too. It’s almost like I have to prepare myself for a possible conflict, taking a risk that it might happen. Neighbors especially don’t take comments openly. Oh well. Sometimes I hope someone else would do the dirty job of having to tell them how the poor dog is suffering. 😣 I enjoyed your story, Anna. 🙂
