hahahaa Eduard. You're funny. Based on my own experience, with a certain amount of focus, we can come to a place where the body is set aside, so to speak. Its when we reaches out beyond the flesh to connect. This is also mentioned by Dr Joe Dispenza when he taught on meditation to go beyond oneself. In that stillness, we enter the place of 'oneness' also known as the void. any movement of the body will bring you back to the physical, so I try to preserve the stillness (put the flesh to sleep) for as long as I can so that the mind is not distracted but able to maintain its focus in the "void", which is the plane where we "create". sometimes what happens jolts the body causing movement, but even then, the mind is still very much connected in the void. It's a mind trip but very real.
